puerto rico edition?

here’s what i can say about food in puerto rico: i love plantains. i ate them every day i was there, in one form or another. mofungo, tostones, pinonones, stuffed in chicken… the possibilities are endless. i love them so much, kaitlin and i got matching plantain tattoos while we were there.

the food was incredible there, for the most part. pinones had one of our two favorite meals, and it was (of course), at a pretty small place on the side of the road, where they serve everything on paper plates with plastic forks and all the medalla lights you can drink. love it. want to go back.
