pinones en orlando.
i would like to take a moment to thank john for bringing me here. it’s my favorite new thing, and i hope everyone tries it one day. it’s a box truck at the corner of conway and curry ford in a sunoco parking lot, and it’s all kinds of heaven. i got the mofongo relleno with fried pork tips. mofongo is basically smashed fried plantains, a traditional puerto rican dish. it was absolutely delicious! john and i also shared marinated king crab, which was cool and refreshing on an absolutely beautiful day.
i think i may very well want to eat there every day, and it adds fuel to my excitement to go to puerto rico in april.
